What the Wind Whispers
This powerful piece was painted following the Oasis exhibition, with the last remnants of the ochre I had gathered in the beautiful Pilbara (with appropriate permissions from traditional owners).
Out in the desert, once the sun has dropped beneath horizon, the wind blows through gorges and valleys with a presence so palpable; it could only be carrying secrets.
It is a 'statement piece' sized canvas, that captivates your attention.
